By using ToolBreezy you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

The service

ToolBreezy provides free online utilities that run in your browser. We work hard to keep them accurate and available, but the tools are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Always double-check important results (financial, legal, health, or safety-critical) with a professional or an authoritative source.

Acceptable use

• Don’t use the site for anything unlawful or abusive.
• Don’t attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Don’t scrape or republish the site’s content at scale without permission.

Embedding our tools

You’re welcome to embed a ToolBreezy tool on your own site for free using the embed code we provide, on one condition. You must use the embed code exactly as provided and keep it intact. That includes the visible heading and the “By ToolBreezy” link back to our site, which credits our work. Keeping that link is required, not optional. Removing, hiding, altering, redirecting, or obscuring the link (or the href that points to us) is not permitted and ends your right to use the embed. We may block sites that strip the credit from loading our widgets. The tools themselves remain ours. Embedding grants you a limited license to display them with the required credit, nothing more.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ToolBreezy is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the tools, including inaccurate results or data loss.

Your data and any API keys

Tool inputs stay in your browser, apart from the handful of tools that have to fetch something from outside to work at all. Those are named one by one in the Privacy Policy, which is the place to read before you decide what to put into a tool. If you later use a tool that calls an external AI provider with your own API key, you are responsible for that key and any usage costs it incurs.

Governing law

ToolBreezy is operated from California, United States. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located there.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use means you accept the current terms.
